Cancellation Policy
To all my lovely clients:
I understand life happens and situations may arise, but I kindly ask that you give at least 48-hour notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appt. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the services booked.
Any "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% cost of services booked and you will only be approved for pre-paid services going forward.
Showing up 15 min or later to an appt may result in an appt being rescheduled. If your appt must be rescheduled due to tardiness, it will be treated as a same day cancelation. If you think you will be late please text/call me asap and I will do my best to work with you.
Any cancellations fees will be charged to the card on file or must be paid in FULL on or before your next appt.
I recommend that you reschedule your appts before leaving the salon to ensure you have the appt time that works best for you.
